Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@fourlabs.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.
If your order has already shipped, please allow it to arrive and then follow the standard return process above.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Products may be returned opened or unopened.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
