What Constitutes Spam or Abuse?
- 📧 Unwanted Emails — receiving emails after unsubscribing or without permission
- 📱 Unwanted Text Messages — SMS sent without consent
- 🎭 Impersonation — someone falsely claiming to represent Four Labs
- 💳 Fraudulent Activities — unauthorized charges or fake websites using our brand
- 🔗 Misleading Content — false claims or misleading information about our products
How to Report
Please send a detailed email to support@usefourlabs.com with the subject line "SPAM REPORT", including:
- Type of report (unwanted email, impersonation, fraud, etc.)
- Your email address
- Date of the incident
- Source information (email address, phone number, URL)
- Detailed description of what happened
- Screenshots or evidence (if available)
Our team will review your report within 24–48 hours and take appropriate action.
Immediate Actions You Can Take
For Email Spam:
- Mark the email as spam in your email client
- Do not click any links or download attachments
- Forward spam emails to spam@uce.gov (FTC)
For SMS Spam:
- Do not reply or click any links
- Forward spam texts to 7726 (SPAM)
- Block the sender's number
Legitimate Communications from Four Labs
Legitimate communications from Four Labs will:
- Come from official @usefourlabs.com email addresses
- Include proper unsubscribe links that work
- Only be sent to people who opted in or made purchases
- Include our legitimate business address and contact information
- Never ask for sensitive information like passwords or full credit card numbers
