How to Start a Return

Email us at support@usefourlabs.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will confirm your return request and provide return instructions with the return address
Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving return confirmation
Email us the tracking number so we can monitor your return
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of your original purchase date
All bottles must be returned — whether empty, full, or partially used — including any bonus or free bottles
Include your Order ID, full name, address, email, and phone number inside the package
Failure to return all bottles will result in a partial refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. Processing time varies. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@usefourlabs.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost, including return shipping.
